BITSINEX.COM USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is in effect between Bitsinex.com (“Bitsinex.com” or “Exchange”) users (“User” or “You”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. This Agreement governs your obligations and rights regarding the use of the Exchange and transactions conducted on this platform.

User Accounts and Security:

Upon completing the registration process, the User is obligated to protect and keep confidential the login information provided by Bitsinex.com. It is important to prevent unauthorized access to this information.
The User must take the necessary precautions to ensure the security of their account. This may include username, password, 2FA (two-factor authentication), or other security measures.

User Rights and Responsibilities:

The User must use Bitsinex.com only for lawful purposes. Any illegal or fraudulent activity is prohibited.
The User assumes full responsibility for their own account and transactions and does not have the right to grant access to other accounts.

Transactions and Commissions:

Users agree to pay a fee and commission for transactions conducted through Bitsinex.com.
Commission rates and transaction fees are determined by Bitsinex.com and are subject to change at any time.

Payments and Withdrawals:

Users can deposit and withdraw crypto assets they use on the platform. However, each transaction type is subject to specific terms and conditions, and users agree to these terms.
Users make payments and withdrawals to their own crypto wallets or other designated addresses.

Risks and Limitations of Liability:

Users acknowledge that they understand the risks of cryptocurrency trading and other financial transactions. Bitsinex.com cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred by users.
Bitsinex.com cannot be held responsible for any funds lost by users due to their use of the platform.

Termination of Agreement:

Both parties have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time.
Bitsinex.com may suspend or close users’ accounts if they fail to comply with this Agreement.
