This Commercial Electronic Message Consent sets forth the principles regarding the sending of informational, promotional, promotional, and marketing commercial electronic messages to be provided to users by the Bitsinex MultiSwap Platform (“Company”) operating at bitsinex.com.

Updates on new products, services, and technological developments,
Special deals and offers to enhance the user experience,
through the communication channels specified above.
- Withdrawal of Consent
The user may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without providing any justification.
Refusal can be made through the referral link or the “cancel”/”opt out” options included in the message.
Once the Company receives the request, commercial electronic messages will be stopped immediately.

- Enforcement
This consent given electronically by the user will remain valid until withdrawn.
